Delivery Policy

Delivery for the daily and one way tickets is immediate receipt on the bus at purchase. The 20 ride is good for six months from date of purchase and will be mailed within three days of order to address of purchaser via common mail. Monthly pass orders for up to three consecutive months permissible. RBA not responsible for lost passes of any type.

Allow three days processing and seven days to mailing from date of order.

Exception for the month of February only: All 20 Ride and Monthly passes are to be hand delivered on the morning of 2-8-10.

Due to pending closure of all transit services offered by the RBA, all tickets sales for all services are only good through June 30th, 2012. This message will be changed prior to June 30th, 2012 if a permanent local funding source is found to continue operations. Thank you for your continued support and use of the RBA services.
